Textbook Narcissism, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the V·I·G·I·L mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
1. Data Collection and Tracking Transparency
Our core engineering philosophy is built around user anonymity. The Service does not incorporate any third-party tracking frameworks, user metrics, behavioral analytics, or advertising telemetry.
Personal Data: We do not collect, harvest, or request any personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or account details.
Device Payload Data: The local mobile software application client operates entirely anonymously. It does not record or transmit device-specific unique identifiers, hardware addresses, or location strings.
2. Outbound Network Inquiries
To verify public data streams, the Service issues standard automated background inquiries (HTTP GET requests) straight to our secure, serverless infrastructure node. These pings pull localized configuration metadata and global interval payloads. These queries pass zero unique client identifier payloads or user parameters, and our logging sequences treat every outbound initialization ping identically.
3. Data Storage
All application preferences, interval timer settings, and notification toggle states are processed and saved locally on your physical device using native system storage. No personal preference files leave your physical hardware.
4. Contact Us
